Hamilton, the city with so many possible brands (think steel, waterfalls, scooters, tacky t-shirts), has a long standing love affair with coffee. Shocked? I suspected not. When the first Tim Horton Donuts opened on Ottawa Street in 1964, it was the beginning of a long standing relationship between Hamiltonians and their coffee. Since that time Tim Hortons has proliferated across the city, but many other coffee options, chains and independents, have also opened up. Continue reading →
