Fresh off a tour, Toronto’s Babylon Warchild, and Lord Lhus (of the Empty Handed Warriors) will be rocking This Ain’t Hollywood this Tuesday with the godfather of local conscious hip-hop, Lee Reed.
If you haven’t seen Babylon Warchild – you need to make it out to this show. With beats constructed with samplers, and a cello (seriously), and two very fine MC’s, their live shows are not to be missed. Lord Lhus hails from South Carolina and is known for his many collaborations, both in North America, and across the pond in Europe.
Last, but certainly not least, Lee Reed is Hamilton’s fiercest, and finest MC. If you like your hip hop intelligent, and your beats bangin’ – Lee Reed is the man for you.
Come down to This Ain’t Hollywood for some terrific hip hop this Tuesday. Forget about hoes and bling and enjoy some hip hop that’s got something to say.
