The Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra is putting on a festival of New Music this coming weekend at various venues in downtown Hamilton. Folksinger Basia Bulat will be playing on Thursday night, and there will be many experimental music shows, with some chamber music, a cybernetic orchestra, and a panel discussion on dissonance for good measure.
