Saturday September 10th, 1-12am in the James North District
This Saturday the James North District hosts yet another free afternoon and evening of art, dance and music from York Blvd/Wilson Street heading north to the bridge at Liuna Station.
Supercrawl is a huge annual event that celebrates the diversity of Hamilton’s James Street North district, the multi-disciplinary arts community, and the incredible spark that results from Hamilton’s unique mix of cultures, businesses and creative people.
This year, the event boasts an impressive selection of live music, with the likes of Broken Social Scene, J Mascis, Paley & Francis, and Said The Whale taking to the stage. An overabundance of artists and performers will line the streets, alongside dozens of visual & installation art pieces, art-based exhibits, film projection screens, wall projections, dance troupes, open galleries, vendor/artist/community booths and much more!
Make sure to come out to this 3rd Annual Supercrawl, and take part in what has been coined the best medium sized festival in the city of Hamilton.
You can check out the Official Website as well as the Facebook group for the detailed event schedule.
