The Canadian Haunted Attractions Conference (CHAC) is an annual event of interest to those who are fans or in the business of haunted attractions, Halloween, horror, or the paranormal. This event was born out of a desire to provide a place where as many haunters as possible could gather together at the same time and learn from one another. If you operate a haunted attraction or similar event; work, volunteer, or are otherwise employed at a seasonal event; are a horror, paranormal, or Halloween fanatic; or an FX artist, including Face & Body Art, this event is for you.
The weekend features social and networking events, educational and general interest workshops, a commercial trade show featuring exhibitors from all genres above, a historical walking tour, and appearances by special guests and celebrities.
Spend your Friday the 13th, 14th, and 15th at a fun and informative builder’s workshop. And don’t miss the final event, the Egyptian Mummy Unwtrapping. Free events include the Welcome Rally, Saturday’s Body Art Competition, and general admission (if registered for other events/activities).
