Next weekend the Art Gallery of Hamilton is putting on its Spring Art Sale. There will be a bright selection of original artwork by over 50 emerging and established Canadian artists including painting, printmaking, photography, mixed media, glass, ceramic, assemblage, metal and garden works. It is a free, so make sure to come by and check out the talent.
On Thursday, May 5 there will also be an event by CLiC Collectors from 6:30 – 9:30 pm. The event is a young collectors panel discussion, followed by drinks and a live performance by Hamilton’s own singer/songwriter Terra Lightfoot. Admission to the talk is free for CLiC Members; $8 for Non-Members.
On Friday, there will be another free show with a Vinyl-only DJ set by local taste-maker Devon Craig. This will be on from 7-9pm.
