It’s time for Hamilton’s most reliable monthly musical showcase: Steel Gold upon us. This Thursday, as with every first Thursday of the month, Steel Gold is happening at The Casbah Lounge.
This month puts the focus on some of Hamilton’s finest producers: Cheese Shop Paddy, Vision, Pranx, 1988, The Safety Committee, Chewy Beatz, Russell and Lucrative Write are all on the roster.
As with every show, the night will kick off with an open cypher, and that will be followed by performances from Fresh Kils, and The Demon and The Genius. The event is hosted by Scientific and John P of CFMU’s “In The Kut” will hold down the decks.
Steel Gold is nurturing Hamilton’s amazing hip hop community, come out and support our local talent. A reasonable $5 cover charge, a fine selection of beers, a great enthusiastic crowd, and fresh beats are what you have to look forward to this Thursday.
