Meligrove Band, German, and….INLET SOUND

Sunday, March 27th at 8 pm at The Casbah

Finishing off an amazing weekend will be this great all ages show at The Casbah for only $10. Toronto’s Meligrove Band will be the headliner, as they tour around the country with GERMANS. These two bands have been tearing up the stage wherever they go so make sure to watch out.
Though the headliners are going to be great, I am just as excited to see Hamilton’s Inlet Sound.  who have just released their newest music video, The Peculiar Disappearance of Marion Bojangle TODAY! Check it out after the jump and fall into their sweet melodies which make you just want to cozy up inside on a cold winter’s day.

Free Drawing Workshop

Sunday, March 27th at Hamilton Artists Inc.

This Sunday, Helena Pravada will be teaching a free drawing class.  Hamilton has one of the most exciting and versatile young art scenes I have had the pleasure of experiencing, and I encourage anyone who has a bit of the creative itch to go and participate.

Helena Pravada is a Czechoslovakian-born artist who creates ‘intimate and intricate’ conté studies of hands. With a deep understanding of line, form, omission and black and white conté, I think that Pravada will provide insight and experience into this drawing session.

If you are interested, please contact Contact Irene Loughlin at 905.529.3355 for more information- irene@hamiltonartistsinc.on.ca. Be sure to RSVP as quickly as possible!
